SECRET To Use ANY Amex Card EVERYWHERE Online #shorts – Waller’s Wallet

by YouTube Team

American Express credit cards have great credit card rewards, but their acceptance is still lower compared to Visa and Mastercard. But with the addition of PayPal Key, this makes using your Amex cards usable at retailers that don’t accept American Express cards. And when using PayPal Key with Amex cards, it is a great way to earn Amex cash back, or Amex Membership Reward points.

Highly recommend this strategy. For anyone that likes to use Plastiq, using PayPal Key will reduce your Plastiq fee to 1% and you can use any credit card!

Sometimes that key card doesn’t work. I’ve tried on 2 different cards. But hopefully they’ll fix that issue.

So if I use PayPal key, as opposed to regular PayPal will I also still get my 5% quarterly bonuses from Chase for example, which has a 5% PayPal bonus right now?

Oooh so like Plastiq but with a broader sense since I know more people using PayPal than Plastiq.

Vertical video gross!

Love PayPal Key though, get the PayPal 5% revolving category on Chase and Discover with everything including bills! Plus it is safer than using an actual card

This is literally an answer from God, not going to lie.
My church doesn't accept Amex payments as a form of payment for tithing, so I was looking for any way possible to tithe with Amex, and here's the answer – thank you!

Looks like the CC to PPK to Plastiq to merchant trick is dead ;(
The utilities I charged to my Citi Premier last night via PPK/Plastiq are getting reversed today.

DoC says its likely PayPal blocking Plastiq. CC to PPK to merchant directly should still work.

So after the new round of Amex shut down, is it still safe to use Amex this way? Assuming I'm only going to pay for regular stuff like rent, taxes etc.

I received the following this morning from PayPal stating I need to chose a different card for my PayPal Key 😭: Thank you for being a PayPal Key customer. We’ve been piloting this feature with select customers in the U.S. After January 4, 2021, American Express cards can no longer be used with PayPal Key. The good news is you can change your PayPal Key payment method to your bank account, debit card, or a different credit card.
