Think the outlook for credit inquiries and high end credit card offers depends on what you think the economic recovery looks like. If you think there’s going to be a V-shaped recovery where everything bounces back quickly then you’d probably expect a continued decline in April and May but a big bounce in the back half of the year. On the other hand, if you think the CBO’s projections for unemployment to still be at 9% until the end of 2021 are accurate, then this is just the first inning in a very long game.

I used your Webull sign up, so please don't make any stimulus check vids. That's low hanging low quality fruit.

It is simple, businesses will open up but half and even the vaccine comes it’s going to take 6 months to get back to the normal. Also the business running cost will be high. People will be spending less since now everyone knows what could happen from no where. Not good for a while.

Been hoping that real estate prices become lower. Been waiting and saving for a house with some acreage. Currently housing is too expensive to get good value in my opinion.

Amex & Citi will probably lower their credit requirements to make up for those approvals. Any comments?

Thanks for not producing a bunch of videos on stimulus. So many of the card channels I used to watch only do those now…. so I stopped watching them.

My credit score is 830, according to credit Karma… But not because I am a high earner.. It's because It's not part of my spending habits.

What is your take with mortgage crisis what happens to Fannie and Freddie ? I am actually about to create a video around those two entities because I think gov't involvement in them brings out benefits such as 30 year mortgages …. I believe right now the bigger issue is the servicing companies not being ready. They don't make more money when mortgages default – which they should have fixed in the 2008 crisis.

Michigan has been on a long-term, unstable recovery for years since before the financial crisis. Detroit began carving itself a niche recently. Corona Virus has also had the highest lethatlity rate in MI. Between the rust belt devaluation and MI's high auto insurance cost, the effective monthly costs of cars is also unusually high.

Hi Sebby! Thank you for all the info the last few years have helped me tremendously. So I’ve been working on my credit. Been paying some off and actually put another 1000 today on a few. Credi karma says my score should be at 710. I want to pay this all off. I’ll be left with 3000 in debt. Should I wait to apply for cards and wait to pay it all off till after? What do you think is best laying low. I figured I’d pay it off and if needed to I would use credit words come to worse. I did want to get. New card. I have discover, Capitol one and chase southwest and citi. All average 1500- 2000 limit.

Hey Sebby. I might be off subject but I got my first secured credit card 5 months ago. Discover it secured $300 limit. I have a 682 on credit karma. This is considered only fair credit. I’d like to get to 700 + for a good rating. My income is low. Credit karmas score simulator says if I can get another card with a $1000 limit it will get me to around 704. What do you think I should do ? PS. I clicked like and I subscribed. Thanks sincerely !

So, I have a Discover It Chrome card and i just noticed that they decreased my limit from 3,000 to 1,700. My balance is 1,400 which would have been less that 50% of usage but now with the decrease i will be at 82% usage. Why would they drop my limit for no reason?
