Amex: No problem, you'll get your new card in 1 to 2 weeks.
Ben: But it's damaged.
Amex: May I ask how it was damaged?
Ben: I shot it using rifles and shotguns to see if it was bullet proof.
Amex: Ok, we'll get you a replacement in 2 days.
