Vegas Closing Midweek, Nobu Comp Upgrade & Vegas Visitors Down 51% – Miles to Memories Vegas

by YouTube Team

Las Vegas is recovering! The September #Vegas visitor stats are in and while the numbers on the Las Vegas #Strip are much lower compared to last year, we can see them getting better each month. We even have one casino market that is up from 2019! Good news there.

We also discuss reopening day at The Cromwell plus getting upgraded on a comp at #Nobu. Is Nobu worth the premium over Caesars Palace and how exactly is it different? Plus we discuss many Vegas venues closing midweek as we move into the slow season including Park MGM’s hotel which will not have guests during the week any longer.

Good to hear about the numbers, I like that you do that. Nobu rooms are small and outdated. Can’t wait to see the Crom and Nobu vids! Thanks guys…👍🏻

Always like going to Vegas in December during the Rodeo time…great weather, and enjoyed myself.

Really enjoyed the discussion. Agree about the rooms at Nobu. I stayed in a Hakone suite so no problem with size but very worn and dated. Poor housekeeping. Really need to renovate the rooms for the price they charge.
Look forward to staying at the Cromwell since it is the only Caesars property I haven't stayed at. I really enjoy their casino.
Alot of us oldies like to travel to Vegas midweek to gamble and avoid the crowds so sorry to hear about the Park MGM. I hope that doesn't kill the no smoking experiment. Never understood the weird olive drab paint on the outside. Just leave it white!

We've always preferred Vegas mid week, which allowed us to avoid the really heavy crowds, long lines/wait times, and abundance of drinks & people pushing baby strollers. We were in town this past September- crowds were less, but more menacing. First time I've felt unsafe. And too many places closed. Was also in LV last December midweek – found it to be a great visit with the only downside being the cold weather at night & lack of pool access during the day. Haven't been downtown in 15 years, and although I'd love to see Circa, too many of the Vegas vlogs I've seen still present it as an "ify" place for a single woman to explore. Sad.

This video must be for people who live there and spend a lot of money locally. What incentive do I have to travel there from out of town? I used to go there on a regular basis, but got burned out on the crowds. Until this pandemic is over I don't see myself visiting LV anytime soon. When times are better I am looking forward to hopefully taking advantage of some good deals but we will have to see what you have to offer.

Totally agree about the NOBU we stayed their (Comp – Diamond Elite) was not impressed with the room looked and felt very worn and drab. I have to say my window view ….. It was the best air conditioning I have ever seen!!! – Due to the C-19 the extra service was not open! (No work around)
The Staff was not very Customer Service orientated, they rushed me through the check-in service and seemed happy to see my back! It was not the service I expected, but every one has a bad day?? Lol. It was nice it was Open (4th July & our 10th wedding anniversary) So i went with the flow and enjoyed the stay. – great video!
