As much as I'd love to see the Polo Towers and the cheap strip malls on either side of it go away, I'm not sure that would be easy to do. Since Polo Towers is a traditional time-share, don't you have to get all the owners to agree to the sale? Sure, everyone has their price, but who wants to enter into hundreds of sale negotiations? It's either that or you put up a ridiculous amount per unit and tell people to take it or leave it? That would be a pain in the ass or really expensive.

Cruise ship casinos have no regulatory body like the Nevada Gaming Control Board. I'm not saying they are crooked or rigged, but there's no one overseeing them to ensure they aren't.

The shows in vegas are very pricey. $100+ for low quality performances. Cris angel is boring…blue man also…

I can’t believe Ceasars can keep this sale so secret. No leaks at all? Please save the Flamingo!

You should have mentioned the limits on craps
Craps, Blackjack, Roulette. In the past, RC only had a $300 Max bet on craps. NCL was like Vegas with a $5000 limit. Carnival, if I remember correctly, was in the middle with about $1000 limit. Wouldn't it be terrible, that once in a lifetime roll of two hours on the craps table and you are capped at $300 max!!!

The first week i ever spent in vegas had 2 big identifiers: 1) the first concert of of the u2 pop mart tour, and 2) the harley cafe was scaffolding on my 1st day. And they day i left, they finished molding the mortar motorcycle on the front corner. Wish they opened jean terribles "for one month" so they could liquidate and we get 1 last visit

Any idea on what is going on with the Wyndham diamond to Caesars demand match ? It's been 24 days now so I have to believe it's being delayed by CET

Are the craps games standard on a cruise ship? Seems like pass/don't pass would be hard to beat for a gamble/sweat during a cruise.

Yeah , I heard a long long time ago that the former Harley Davidson and the Hawaiian market place and the Travel lodge property were together the travel lodge is on a huge piece of property to big for that little dump and the Hawaiian market place has never done that well the back side of it , the part you can go inside , has been mostly empty for over a decade. They tried to remodel the front and added a chili's with limited success but still over all it's a complete dump as well on about a 100 million dollars of strip acreage so no were near the highest and best use at this point. Especially when Nevada just reported its 11th consecutive month of over 1billion dollars casino win which has never been done before. That kind of money developers will swarm in like piranhas.

Nevada just reported its 11th consecutive month of over 1 billion dollars casino win which has never been done before, money like that will cause a feeding frenzy with developers wanting to get onto or near the strip. That kind of money recalculates everything really quick.

I was a taxi driver for yellow checker star for years in Vegas , a long time ago, and I can tell you there is a lot more repeat customers that come to Vegas than people realize especially from California and people that have been coming for the same convention every year or more than one convention every year for decades. There are a lot of people that have been coming once ,twice even three times a month every month for years and have seen every single major show two or three times or they have seen only a couple of them but have seen each five times over the years and are no longer interested in seeing them anymore. Or any shows anymore for that matter Vegas is going to have to come up with something dramatically , pardon the pun, different.

Your right on the money with Chris Angel too, when he was at Luxor I was a taxi driver and 90% of the people in my cab said they hated it. For different reasons some said it was weird and sleazy and didn't have a lot of substance , they felt ripped off.

Last time I went to Vegas, I saw the blue man show. It was well worth the money at around $70 per ticket, very close to front row. But it wasn't busy. I have no desire to see Chris Angle. Saw him a few times on TV and it's not my thing.

Polo towers and all the properties on that Harmon, lvblvd are cash machines. So why would any one give that up. Especially polo towers. It's been there for decades and probably paid for, people go there all the time, chaching.

The one company that owns all the land in Vegas is probably Blackrock as the parent company.

THIS is how you should record your episodes. Your faces are the same size and not with you in the background. Consider doing it this way all the time. Also…it's time for another Construction sites video update: my favorite videos and how I found you and subscribed in the first place.
